In McPherson County, there are businesses of many sizes, small and large. Many of these businesses are unable to provide the full employee support and training that can bring the best out of their employees. Collectively, we can do a better job of upskilling our workers.
Community Impact & Accomplishments To-Date
Elevate the experience of our local workers! If our workers have a good experience, then our visitors/guests will have a great experience.
The community has come together to design and conduct several training sessions. More sessions to follow in 2024.
